We at INsight America are pleased and excited to announce our merger with Kingham Software, Inc. In the present economic situation, we recognize that size and strength are important. In making the decision to merge, we considered that Kingham is a stable, locally based software and internet development company of comparable size, with a great track record of service. We are confident that you will find this a seamless change, and enjoy the added services we can now offer.

This consolidation became official March 31st, 2003, and INsight America is now operating under the banner of Kingham Software, Inc. Our staff, including our director of operations Anita Huber, is now part of Kingham Software’s staff.
